If I had to start by sharing an interesting side to my story, it did be about me who didn’t feel comfortable in his skin, who was devoid of self-confidence only to learn how that wasn’t going to help me grow. It took a more self-aware me to understand the importance of the three letter word ‘YET’. I am not self-confident, as yet. Since then my life with several chapters felt like a story where I am the author of my LIFE. Now, as the Co-founder and the Chief Operation Officer of Eleventh Dimension Solutions I spend a lot of time engaging with people with different ethnicities and cultures and I must admit that this makes my work meaningful and enjoyable. Navigating the complexities of life and relationships, comes with ease. So, did I always fan a flame for an entrepreneurial journey? Did the idea of holding jobs vs creating jobs pique my interest? No, it was not until I hosted a fund raiser activity to support the children at the Govt School, 10 years ago. The focus was to ensure we could pick cycles for these kids, who would otherwise have to travel from far off places. How could we make commute a little less strenuous for these children, so they get to enjoy their day at school. This event nurtured the need for me to explore further, and after that I successfully ran two organizations, before I donning the role of the co-founder at Eleventh Dimension Solutions. We are a Data Analytical and Data Integration specialized consultancy in Houston, Texas and Sydney, Australia. We focus more on Neo4j and Mulesoft.We help our customers in their digital transformation journey. In 2019 I was honored with a doctorate in Social work in the space of Women Empowerment. Men as an ally can be a role model in elevating women’s access to employment, appropriate working conditions, control of economic resources and full participation in decision-making. Here’s how you can become an ally of women empowerment efforts. If I had to sum up, my thrive zone has always been to enable people find their path in their career spaces, find their breakthroughs.
