ROJECT & TRAINING PhD Research on energy-absorbing composite materials for vehicle crashworthiness. Proficient in handling machines such as optical microscopy, Wire Cut EDM, Universal Testing Machine, Tinius Olsen Machine, Instron, and Drop Impact Machine Simulation and Experimental analysis on flow field pattern of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane (PEM) fuel cells- Simulation and experimentally investigate fuel cell performance by incorporating of single serpentine (1-S), triple serpentine (3-S), Lung channel and Bio-inspired leaf flow fields for 49 2 active area fuel cells to improve the performance of bio-inspired flow field is 13.32% more than the triple serpentine in terms of power also investigate the effect of operating parameters such as cell operating temperature, reactants humidification temperature and reactants flow rate on PEMFC performance. Continuously variable transmission (CVT) Simulation, Design and fatigue analysis of steel and elastomer belt- Simulation and Experimentally Study CVT working, comparison of CVT with conventional gear transmissions, advantages, challenges, and improvement in belt as hybrid belt, steel belt, and chain based CVT, lubricants, coolants, and its future aspects. 2014[MARCH] Industrial visit to Sudha Agro Limited; studied the details of a thermal power plant and production of bio-fertilizers. 2014[MAY] Did a certified course in CATIA, ANSYS & WORKSHOP from CTTC, Bhubaneswar. Did a project on Manufacturing of Hand Injection Mould under CTTC, Bhubaneswar. 2015 [MAY-JUNE] Did a project on Study of DM Water Plant, Pipelines, Fitting & Pumps under the guidance of SAIL Bhilai steel plant. Visited at Diesel Loco Shed,Kazipet Telangana. Visited at Mahindra & Mahindra and valeo company, Chennai.
