As a Manager - Impact at Magic Bus India Foundation, I’ve been instrumental in advancing life skills education in tribal schools through the Saksham Program, a partnership initiative with the Department of Tribal Affairs, Government of Madhya Pradesh. My key contributions include implementing XLS-based toolkits for data collection across 3050 schools, leading baseline assessments for over 4,900 students and 120 educators, spearheading the selection process for Master Trainers, etc. I’ve developed and maintained weekly dashboards to track session delivery and a Streamlit-based dashboard for assessing session quality. My role also involves facilitating data exchange for informed decision-making and conducting quality assessments to improve session delivery.
