Infrastructure Service delivery manager with 16+ years’ experience in roles of Infra Project manager, Transition Lead, cutover manager, Network lead etc. handling multi geography customers, managed team sizes vary from 20 to 70, Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, implementing improvement activities, Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand Tech experience in Roles as Project Lead- Infrastructure and GxP- Infrastructure owner for one of the largest global Pharma company for their multiple Cave Out Factory (COF) program spread across all Major geographies and countries where in I am responsible for below key tasks : Maintaining and managing the Master Project plan along with Geographical Project Managers to manage and track project scope, deliverables, Risk/Issues, dependencies, priorities etc. for successful outcomes Co-ordinating with Cross function streams i.e. Procurement, Integration, ERP, Non-ERP, GxP Qualification, Testing, Cutover Management, Quality, Business Leads, PMO etc. Helping customer to provide and demonstrating solutions along with different tower leads i.e. mainly in are of networking, Data center, security, Workplace and ITSM processes Responsible for all Infra related GxP validation tasks Single Point of Contact for infrastructure stream for customer for all regular or Emergency discussions Responsibility for co-ordination within Self Organization, Customer organization and with external partners/Vendors to meet project deliverables/Deadlines in time. Frequent Travelling to different geographies depending on project demand Leading most of the technical discussions in absence of Network Specialist utilizing prior experience in Networking domain Planning and aligning resources required for ongoing cutovers within organization and writing customer organization including business SPOCsRich experience of 5 years in working in Role as Network Lead - North, Internal IT Wherein I was responsible for Maintaining the current Network Infrastructure, Installation of any new Network Infrastructure, Designing the LAN /WAN (partial), Finalizing the Network BoQ for New TCS Delivery centers, Discussion With Client Network team for finalizing any new project offshore ODC Network Infrastructure, Maintaining the process and security compliance of TCS and Customer both w.r.t. Network, Involvement in finalizing passive cabling design of Data-center and Hub Rooms at TCS Delivery centers
