Processing of Payment after deduction of TDS as per term & condition through batch payment, RTGS, CHEQUE & DD as applicable. Ensure monthly bank reconciliation. Ensure proper submission of BOE at timeline defined in PO & Agreement to bank. Ensure Correctness of Tax Deduction in Foreign Vendor after collection of 10F form, pan card, TRC certificate, PE certificate. Processing of Custom Duty Payment. Reconciliation of account of Foreign and local vendor. Preparation of 15ca & 15cb for foreign payment. Preparation of Form A2 & customer request letter for foreign payment. Coordination with bank for payment in foreign currency invoice. Preparation of CIF(Cost of insurance). Prepare Balance Sheet Schedule on monthly closing.
