Total 30 years of engineering design experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Worked with reputed engineering consultancies like Toyo, Jacobs, Ingenero & Worley parsons. Specializing in refineries/chemicals/onshore (Green Field & Brown Field) which includes Licensor units (UOP, Axen, technip etc.) Well exposed to, API (521,520 and & GPSA, OISD, Shell DEPs, other international standards & recommended practices. Worked on all refinery processes like CDU / VDU, DHT, ARU & SRU. FAT Oil Refining. Experience in technical services of Caustic, Phosphoric acid, Sodium Tripolyphosphate. Extensive use of process software like HYSIS, Pressure Protection manager & Flare net for relief and flare study. Worked on AFT Fathom & AFT Arrow for liquid & Vapor hydraulics. Preparation of proposals and technical evaluation. Providing inputs to Proposals team and participate in Project/Proposals discussions. Prepared technical standards for PSVs, Flare KO Drum, and Liquid hydraulics. Worked as coordinator for transferring lab scale chemical product to Plant. Participated in safety studies like HAZOP, SIL, DSR (shell project), and Gate review.
