CareAware Organization: IBus Device Connectivity- Worked on an industry level Java service/framework layer which provides device connectivity for hospitals- Worked with custom messaging frameworks to provide multiple implementations of communication between all of our services/applications (RabbitMQ, Sonic, and Web socket)-Trained new associates as well as mentored new members of my own team in our technologies and process- Worked with a custom data access framework that integrates with a MySQL or Oracle DB- Headed up a team of associates to work on a brand new initiative that involved planning, mentoring, and designing the different pieces of it- Used Spring Framework, Docker, and other cloud service technologies to provide automated deployment options for our clients.
