With over 14 + years of experience in IT and cloud operations, I am passionate about managing and optimizing cloud infrastructures to ensure their smooth and efficient functioning. I am currently the Head of Operations (Cloud & IT) at Globussoft Technology, a leading provider of software solutions and services. In my role, I oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services to support the organization\'s applications and systems. I implement monitoring tools and techniques to track cloud resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance. I respond to and resolve issues related to cloud services, ensuring high availability and reliability. I also implement security measures to protect cloud environments and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Additionally, I identify opportunities to reduce cloud costs without compromising performance or security and develop and implement automation processes to streamline cloud operations and increase efficiency. I work closely with cross-functional teams such as development, DevOps, and IT to ensure seamless integration of cloud services. I also assess current and future needs to scale cloud resources appropriately based on business requirements, and establish and maintain robust disaster recovery and backup strategies for cloud environments. Furthermore, I stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve cloud operations.
