   Carry out Cost Estimation activities for TA / LSTK / EPC projects in the field of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizers, etc. from RFP to Award in Green or Brown Field Projects involving Multi-Disciplinary Components (Civil, Structure, Piping, Static, Rotary, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.).• Study of RFQ document and interaction with internal Cross Functional Teams like Marketing, Engineering, Planning, PMG, SCM, HSE, etc for Pre-Bid Inputs and Clarifications.• Receipt of MR’s, BOQ’s, MTO’s for Supply items and Services to be rendered from Engineering and floating enquiries to Vendors / Subcontractors as per Approved Vendor List (AVL).• Receipt of Quotes from Vendors and Subcontractors and its Technical Bid Evaluation along with Proposal team.• Negotiation with Vendors/Subcontractors for Cost Optimisation.• Attending Pre-Bid Meetings and submitting technical queries to Customer.• Risk Analysis and active participation in Risk Review Meeting.• Cost Sheet and Technical Proposal preparation and Review with Senior management.• Handover of Technical and Commercial Documents to respective department after receipt of order.• Maintaining database of past executed projects for future reference. • Strong Hands-on experience in MS Office.• Usage of In-house Estimation Software.
