With over 25 years of experience in the finance domain, I am a seasoned Data Source Certification - Execution Lead at UBS, one of the world\'s leading financial institutions. I have a post graduate diploma in business administration with a specialization in finance, accounting, and taxation, and a certification in data governance from LinkedIn.My core competencies include setting up new teams from scratch, training them, managing, analyzing, and improving the data and processes that are critical for the division, such as master and authoritative source assessment, data lineage, data quality, data issue resolution, and data reporting. I work closely with the different work streams in group data management office, finance IT, data owners, and change teams to meet regulatory commitments and remediate operational risk. I have also led and contributed to several important projects across the bank, such as the implementation of an impairment project under IFRS 9, the automation of journal entries for current expected credit loss, and the data quality tickets for loans product.
