About Devdatta Jain
Currently responsible for leading the Market Risk function at the Bank and establish Risk control framework for Market Risk undertaken by Bank through Investments and Proprietary trading positions, Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book, Liquidity Risk and Counterparty Risk of the Bank along with highlighting exceptions and analysis on portfolio to Management / ALCO etc while participating in strategic decisions. Also participate in ERM function and ICAAP for ALM and Financial Market domain along with handling of Operational risks within Market Risk domain. Responsible for representing Market Risk to the Risk monitoring Committee of the Board of Directors at the Bank as well. During the journey, have participated in implementing many key IT projects in ALM / Treasury and have played pivotal role in implementation of important guidelines like LCR, MCLR, SA-CCR, CFP etc for the Bank. Academically hold B.Tech (Mech Engg.) from IIT Madras, PGDIM from NITIE, Mumbai and have cleared CFA and FRM exam.
