Account the cash to invoices billed and separate the premium payment, Direct Bill and Return Premium Checks. • Posting inter regional journals based on invoice receipts & processing the intercompany premium, commissions. • Analyzing aged receivables activities such as –30day, 60 days, 90 days, Over 1 year & Net Credit, un-allocated cash on client’s account, unallocated Debits to Credits Offsets, weakly Write Off report, Generating Positive Pay reports on daily basis. Posting inter regional journals based on invoice receipts & processing the intercompany premium, commissions. Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliation for matching with Bank Balance report & Cash Receipt. Workflow trend analysis. Prepare Reconciliation reports by matching GL Account Reports, Production Reports with Balance Sheet every week and share with Reporting Officer and Branch heads in US.
