   The Member Development team oversees:• The development and execution of Phi Kappa Psi\'s Mind, Heart, and Soul programming framework for chapters and alumni including Phi Kappa Psi\'s 9 Dimensions of Wellness.• Build out and implement the Embark (New Member Education) curriculum.• Build out and implement the Ascend (Chapter Leader training) curriculum.• Execute Explore, a three-day professional immersive experience that brought students directly to high-profile cities and sites to meet with alumni hosts and their companies.• Execute Launch, a multi-day retreat for Phi Kappa Psi\'s newest initiates and aspiring leaders to create a positive and foundational relationship with the Fraternity early on in their membership.• Serve as liaison and primary point of contact with select third-party service providers, site coordinators, and national associations and entities.• Support the strategic and intentional professional development of staff.• Serve has hiring manager in multiple nationwide search processes.• Successfully supervise a manage a hybrid team.• Chapter coaching as needed on brotherhood programming and other operations.
