Process Engineer working in the green hydrogen domain, with hands-on experience in Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE)–based projects ranging from 5 MW to GW scale. Currently an Associate Process Engineer at Thermax Limited, involved in end-to-end process engineering of large-scale hydrogen plants, including gas separation and hydrogen purification units, line sizing, pump hydraulics, PSV/PRV sizing, separator and cooling tower design.I am actively working on the integration of Norway’s HydrogenPro AWE technology, including electrolyzer and gas separation unit integration. I have also gained valuable techno-commercial and design insights through visits and interactions with multiple AWE technology providers and vendors, such as PERIC, Suzhou, and other suppliers.Experienced in preparing BFDs, PFDs, P & IDs, DPDTs, and CEDs, and participating in HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL studies to ensure safe and reliable plant designs. Previously associated with Plug Power & Frames Group with early industry exposure through Petrofac, Vinati Organics, Thermtek Engineers, and pilot-plant experience as a Project Fellow at CSIR–NCL. Passionate about scalable clean-energy solutions and the global energy transition.

   Working on Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE)–based green hydrogen projects with plant capacities ranging from 5 MW to GW scale- Responsible for end-to-end process engineering of hydrogen plants, including gas separation units and hydrogen purification units- Performing detailed engineering calculations such as line sizing, pump hydraulics, PSV/PRV sizing, separator sizing, and cooling tower sizing, in line with relevant design codes and standards- Preparing and reviewing key engineering deliverables including BFDs, PFDs, P & IDs, DPDTs, and CEDs- Actively involved in proposal and pre-bid activities, including process concept development, sizing calculations, technical inputs, and preparation of process documentation to support techno-commercial evaluations- Currently working on the integration of Norway’s HydrogenPro AWE technology, covering electrolyzer and gas separation unit integration within overall plant design.Coordinating with AWE technology providers and vendors, including PERIC, Suzhou, and other suppliers, through technical discussions and site visits- Participating in HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL studies to ensure safe, reliable, and operable plant designs- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client requirements.
