I am a credentialed ICF-PCC coach and an accredited EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach with a focus on Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Career Coaching. I have done various elective modules on Appreciative Inquiry, Peak Performance, Youth Coaching, Group Coaching, NLP, Ontological Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict & Change Management, Transitions and Happiness as part of my Coach journey. I believe coaching across life cycles can play a critical role in being generative and transformational in nature both for the individual and the organization.Besides Coaching, I bring forth a blend of cross-functional competence in the areas of Human Resources & Finance. I am a qualified rank holder Chartered Accountant and have done my Post Graduate Program in Management specializing in Leadership & Change Management from the Indian School of Business, I am also a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management. I have also completed a post-graduate certification program in International Business Strategy from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. I am a certified Green Belt and a Certified Practitioner on various Assessment tools that include HOGAN, MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC, OPQ 32i, and a Certified Psychometric Analyst from BPS. I am also an alum of India Leaders for the Social Sector. I have worked for 20+ years with leading global companies across diverse sectors including Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Consultancy, IPC & Non-Profits handling Pan India and geographic roles. I have worked in various capacities with ANZ Grindlays, HSBC, Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, Dr. Reddy’s, Ernst & Young, Knight Frank and Educate Girls. I was a part of the core leadership team and headed the people function in Knight Frank and Educate Girls. My professional journey has involved many transformational initiatives and largely focused on shaping talent capabilities across the talent life cycle and ensuring alignment with the performance-driven culture. This includes various domains like improving the talent acquisition process, focusing on succession planning, talent development, talent engagement & retention, effective performance management processes, transitioning through a demerger, deployment of ERP solutions, etc.
