Accounts Payable -T&E Expense ManagementRoles and Responsibilities:• Responsible for Internal and External communication regarding travel.• Reconciliation of transaction which are made through P-card.• Internal expert on the usage of the Travel & Expense system functionality• Train new employees and conduct ongoing internal training on all the T&E processes and policies• Serve as the main point of contact for all travel, expense, and travel P-card questions• Partner with appropriate departments and personnel to revise and update travel policy as needed• Work cross functionally & support all departments/divisions throughout the organization on travel initiatives.• Review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per audit rules• Work with audit teams (external and Internal) to assist with all required audits.• Preparation of Monthly balance sheet schedule such as prepayment and accruals.• Preparation of monthly financial vendor open ageing report and KPI Report• Checking of Interface errors and rectifying the same on daily basis.
