I’ve always been drawn to the “why” behind decisions, why consumers choose what they choose, why systems succeed or fail, and why some institutions evolve while others stay the stuck. That curiosity is what led me to study Marketing and Business Analytics, with a minor in Psychology. And it’s the same curiosity that drives everything I’m building in education.Today I’m working as an Operations Executive at my family’s academic institutions - stepping into a legacy that carries decades of academic tradition. It’s an unlikely but welcomed pivot from the world of data and consumer behaviour. But the more I sit in rooms with scholars, faculty, and students the more I realize how deeply connected these worlds are. Marketing taught me to read behaviour at scale, analytics taught me find signal in noise, psychology taught me to ask better questions about human motivation. And education is all three, a system driven entirely by human behaviour, decision making and belief. My role sits at the intersection of operations and strategy but the real work is cultural, adding value, and creating a system that enforces you to question rather than expecting answers.
