Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an Executive Board Member in 50+ MUNs at IIT Delhi, DTU, and Delhi University colleges like Hindu, KMC, and Mata Sundri, as well as top schools across India. In that journey, I’ve mentored and trained students, and discovered that true leadership is about enabling others to shine.At present, I work at a Sweden-based MNC as a Customer Success Executive. But titles aside, I’ve grown into much more—driving product thinking like an APM, solving as a QA and technical support partner, and experimenting with ideas in marketing and strategy. What defines me is not just “getting the job done,” but taking ownership and creating what’s missing on the table.Earlier experiences with AIESEC, campus ambassadorships, and organizational leadership shaped my ability to balance people, processes, and outcomes. If I had to sum myself up: beauty with brains, ideas with execution, and leadership with empathy.
