ABOUT DEVANSH CHABA

I work in Corporate Real Estate at DLF Ltd, focusing on value creation within the Office Business. In my current role, I work closely with the Senior Executive Director - Office Business on priorities across leasing, marketing, asset management & client experience, growth, and financial control. The role is dynamic and cross-functional, allowing me to collaborate with multiple teams to identify bottlenecks, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the timely execution of business objectives.Previously, I was part of the Vice Chairman’s Office, where I worked across DLF’s Annuity Business at a broader organizational level, gaining a holistic understanding of the company’s P&L, portfolio performance, and strategic alignment across verticals. This experience strengthened my ability to view business challenges through both a strategic and operational lens.An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, I bring a management perspective that blends analytical rigour with practical execution. I began my career in hospitality before transitioning into luxury real estate and corporate strategy. My early years with brands such as Four Seasons, Accor, and The Camellias instilled in me a deep appreciation for service excellence, stakeholder relationships, attention to detail, and brand value - qualities that continue to guide my approach as a professional in the corporate real estate ecosystem.
