As an HR Coordinator at M&H Valve & Hydrant Company, I oversee recruitment activities, maintain accurate employee records, and support benefits administration. I coordinate training, assist with policy implementation, and handle employee inquiries and conflicts, leveraging iCIMS and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
