Client Updates & Escalations: Sharing weekly reports with the client highlighting top open issues, aged queries, and requesting support in case of non-responsive suppliers.🧠 Invoice Audit: Performing audit checks on high-dollar value invoices before payment release to ensure compliance and prevent overpayments.🤝 Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams like Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Compliance to fast-track issue resolution. Reporting & Analysis: Maintaining detailed logs of queries, tracking resolution timelines, and supporting process improvements based on trend analysis. Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal controls, SLA timelines, and audit standards across all query resolutions.
