   MxFatafat - MicroDrama from Amazon MXPlayer- Architected, Designed and led the development of mobile-first byte-sized entertainment videos in a reels like architecture which is currently a prime offering on Amazon MXPlayer App with ~200k Daily Active Users and 99.99% availability- Implementation of Native SSR caching optimisation to open up the feature as quickly as 2 seconds for even a 3G based Customer. This involved caching and serving JS bundles from App itself based on cut-off time- The system allowed easy extendability to add features like subscription and Trial subscription and Google Ads integration as the users grew on the platform- Feature was implemented as a WebView inside Android app which allowed and supported rapid experimentation as per product requirements over the time without the burden of App adoption. This resulted in building meaningful features for Customers.Strategic Frontend Platform Unification: MX Player & MiniTV- Led the strategic unification of MX Player and MiniTV Frontend platforms following Amazon\'s acquisition, significantly reducing codebase maintainability and operational overhead- Architected a comprehensive high-level design and tech roadmap for the merged platforms, focusing on code quality, feature parity, operational efficiency, and SDE onboarding- Secured stakeholder and leadership buy-in for the integration plan and guided cross-functional engineering teams to successful, on-timeline executionAmazon miniTV TV App: UI Architecture & Performance Optimization- Architected the User Interface for the Amazon miniTV TV application- Designed and implemented a custom, performant spatial focus navigation system for low-CPU TV devices, reducing focus navigation time by ~98%(from 181ms to 2ms)- Developed reusable,\"flavored\" React components utilizing dynamic imports to efficiently share UI elements across mobile, desktop, and TV platforms, thereby minimizing codebase maintenance overhead.
