Director of Sales and Operations at Abridged Beer Company, LLCOver the last 9 years, Abridged has grown from a small Brewpub in the Bearden neighborhood to a mid-sized Knoxville restaurant group and self-distributing brewery. I have the rare privilege of being involved in every step along the way as a day one part-time hire.Now, I am the restaurant operations and beer/beverage sales leader overseeing five multi-concept locations in Knoxville, where I manage daily performance, drive team development, and maintain hospitality and service excellence standards. In addition to leading operations, I serve as sales director and logistics coordinator for beverage distribution, supporting brand growth and ensuring order fulfillment.
