It is one of the first ARC’s in India and is engaged in the business of acquiring Non Performing Assets (NPA’s) from Banks and Financial Institutions and their resolution as per guidelines stipulated by Reserve Bank of India. ACRE is one of the first ARCs to receive significant FDI in 2014 with Ares SSG Capital Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Ares SSG”) acquiring a 49% stake in ACRE. We are now one of largest and fastest growing ARCs in India with Assets under Management (AUM) as on September 30, 2021 of approximately INR 9,400 Crore or USD 1.25 Bn. We have a history of working with multiple banks as well as foreign, domestic, and strategic investors. Our strong business model and open architecture are driven by a sustained focus on origination, execution and resolution. Over the last four years, we have grown at a CAGR of approximately 36% and are now one of the largest ARCs in India.
