Professionally, I get to partner with people to elevate business development and management, sales performance, leadership outcomes, and organizational and performance management. We collaborate in conquering challenges while working to build strong relationships along the way. Personally, I get to do life fully with the people I enjoy sharing time with while focusing on the quality of life experiences that mean the most to me. I love to travel, engage in Rachel Ray-kind-of-cooking, share a great cup of coffee with a friend, and traverse my sweet TN highways, byways, and trails as often as possible. Through many of the industries I\'ve traversed, I often see high frustration by the lack of common sense in business decisions that negatively impact employees and customers, thus overall outcomes. These experiences are why I \"see\" how to partner with others to maximize the power of information, tools, processes and systems for implementing true best practices in a practical way. As a long-time employee and as a business consultant, I\'ve experienced my fair share of corporate, small business, and entrepreneurial challenges with Organizational & Performance management (especially circling around right people in the right seats with the actual right seats identified and within a right operational plan). I genuinely enjoy analyzing and strategizing around this type of core challenge - and solving the maze together with decision makers. While training design and development is my technical expertise,\"doing more training\" is not always the root of the operational and/ or performance challenge. The solution often lies somewhere around organizational and performance management.
