Having a decentralized network of design professionals ready and able to deliver a wide range of architecture, interiors and digital design services allows us to assemble the right teams at the right time for our clients & AEC partners. Founded and lead a fully distributed, virtual design practice delivering architectural services to clients and partner firms across the U.S. Built a flexible, collaborative model to engage top-tier talent traditionally underrepresented or excluded from conventional studio environments. Responsible for business development, client engagement, contract negotiation, fiscal stewardship, team development, and project delivery across residential, commercial, and civic sectors. Developed scalable workflows for remote teams, established quality control systems, and managed multidisciplinary design teams through all project phases—from concept through permitting and construction.
