ABOUT DEVAN KHAGRAM
I co-head the London Employment and Immigration Department at Watson Farley & Williams. I advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law for both companies and senior executives, including executive level service agreements, termination of employment and redundancies. I have a particular expertise in advising on the employment aspects of share and business acquisitions and complex TUPE related advice, including on outsourcing agreements. I also specialise in immigration matters such as all aspects of the Points-Based Immigration System including Tier 1 and Tier 2 and EEA and UK nationality applications, with a specialism in complex and discretionary applications. I was recognised in the 2017 and 2018 editions of Legal 500 for immigration.
