An I/O Psychologist and Psychometric Professional with 8+ years of experience in Psychometric Tool Development, Behavioral Research, Interviewing and Career Development. Most of my work has centered around projects in establishing Job-Personality Fit for Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development and upskilling for career growth for several organizations.
