Hello there!I am an HR Recruiter with hands on experience in people management, community building and operations. Through my involvement in student communities and leadership roles, I have developed strong skills in coordination, stakeholder management and team engagement.I currently work as a Trainee Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition), where I support end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to building strong talent pipelines.Along side this, I serve as the Head of Events at Entrepreneurs of Madras Community, where I lead the planning and execution of community driven events that bring together founders, professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. I also work as the Community Head of Hustlers of Madras - Student Community, where I focus on building engagement, fostering collaborations and creating opportunities for ambitious college students and young professionals.Alongside these roles, I am actively involved in the Rotaract movement, contributing to community service initiatives that aim to create meaningful social impact.From an academic perspective, I have completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce from Stella Maris College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Loyola College and I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at Great Lakes Institute of Management.My interests lie in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and HR Operations.
