   Currently working in a medical devices manufacturing company specializing in biological wound care products derived from extracellular matrix (ECM), particularly collagen-based wound dressings. I have been actively involved in the design and development including collagen scaffolds from various animal origins, hemostatic implantable sponges, and dental care devices for applications such as diabetic foot ulcers, burn wounds, and tissue repair for donor site. I am proficient in handling equipment for large-scale lyophilization, dermal dehydrothermal treatment chambers, and ultra dehumidifier systems, with a focus on product optimization and new product development. Currently working on the development of advanced collagen scaffolds incorporating silver nanoparticles for enhanced wound healing applications. In addition to R&D activities,I provide technical support to the manufacturing team to improve product quality, yield, and cost-efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I am responsible for preparing design and development documentation, including the Device Master File (DMF), Device History File (DHF), Master Formula Record (MFR), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), and Batch Processing Record (BPR), and assisting in regulatory submissions for CDSCO medical device licensing.
