I am a Youth soccer referee for 5-6 years now, I\'ve developed from a new referee just starting out to a senior one, teaching newer refs about certain rules and teaching the younger kids during their games about certain rules. From being center ref to being the sideline ref, each role comes with different responsibilities which require lot of team work and leadership especially being the center ref. Reffing throughout these past years has been very beneficial and fun, and I was glad to be able to have such an opportunity.
