With over nine years of experience in banking and finance, I am a Senior Relationship Manager at Federal Bank, where I handle a portfolio of 260 Crores comprising SME, Mid Corporate, NBFC & EDFS clients. My core competencies include business analysis, people management, and finance. I am passionate about providing customized and value-added solutions to my clients, and building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with them. I also enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and stakeholders across the organization, and contributing to the bank\'s vision and values.In my current role, I am responsible for acquiring new relationships and offering a range of banking products and services, both fund based and non-fund based, forex, treasury, trade finance, as well as third party products. I also prepare and recommend credit and financial analysis of borrowers to delegated credit committees for approval, review and negotiate credit documents and loan agreements, and monitor the portfolio constantly and identify, escalate, and manage emerging risks. Additionally, I participate in internal/external/regulatory audits and cure the observations, and in projects/initiatives to streamline and improve processes and systems. I leverage my skills in people management, business analysis, and finance to deliver excellent results and customer satisfaction.
