HELLO CONNECTIONS! I\'m DEV RISHUBH AGRAHARI, a Civil Engineering graduate from NIT KURUKSHETRA (2021–2025) with a CGPA of 8.3. My journey began with a strong academic foundation - after completing my 12th under the CBSE board, I qualified both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, which helped me secure admission into one of India’s top engineering institutes and kickstart my path in civil engineering. During my B.Tech, I actively engaged in student societies - contributing as a content writer and social media handler for the Infrastructure Society, promoting NSS activities as a Research Media Activist, and participating in technical events as an active member of ASCE to enhance learning beyond academicsI\'ve completed a six-month industrial training at FLUOR DANIEL INDIA PVT. LTD in the Civil, Structural & Architecture (CSA) department. During this time, I’ve worked on the design of pile caps and anchored base plate connections with anchorage checks, and modeled steel structures such as Miscellaneous Electrical Supports (MES) and structural crossovers. I’ve also performed wind and seismic load calculations and applied them to these models. To support technical reviews, I prepared detailed Process Industry Practices (PIP) documentation. This training has strengthened my skills in tools like RISA 3D, RISA Connection, RISA Foundation, SP Column, Navisworks Freedom, and IDEA StatiCa, while deepening my understanding of American and Indian design codes.Also interned at the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS, GORAKHPUR-UP, where I received on-site training under Assistant and Site Engineers. This experience helped me develop a better understanding of road widening, strengthening, and construction processes. I actively performed soil testing, subgrade evaluation, material testing, and assisted in construction supervision and site management. Before this, I completed a 2-month remote internship in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) with Y-HILLS in collaboration with E-CELL, IIT HYDERABAD. As part of this training, I worked on a staircase modeling project and completed its design in both 2D and 3D, including plan and sectional views.I’m passionate about continuous learning, practical problem-solving, and contributing to impactful civil engineering projects. I’m eager to connect with professionals and organizations that value innovation and sustainable development. I’m especially motivated to work in private firms in high-tech cities - among smart, forward-thinking people who create meaningful and efficient environments. Being part of such spaces truly inspires me.
