Providing comprehensive (End-to-end) Procurement consultancy service for Goods/Materials with Services/Contract tendering to Bokaro Power supply Company Ltd (A 50:50 joint Venture of SAIL & DVC) as per Government & CVC Procurement Policy and rules/ Guidelines on Central Public Procurement portal and (GeM) Government e-marketplace portal. Providing & assisting in overall role & responsibility of entire process involving from receiving of requirement (MPR) to making NIT Tender document, checking & evaluation of submitted offer, making orders (Goods Purchase order/Contract work Order). Assisting in making of NIT/Tender Document i.e- LTE, OTE, STE as per CVC/Government Guidelines/Policies, Publishing Tendering enquiry on Central Public Procurement e-tendering online portal or (GeM) Government e-marketplace e-tendering online portal. Checking the submitted offers for their Commercial Eligibility as per Tender Eligibility Terms & Conditions and making of Commercial Evaluation statement for all submitted offers. Asking clarification from Bidders for any shortfall document in Commercial evaluation or Technical evaluation if found or required. Preparation of final Techno-Commercial Evaluation statement of all firm’s quotations. Opening the price of Techno-Commercial accepted firms, scheduling online Reverse Auction to get L1 rate and making Purchase Order to best & lowest firm, keep track follow-up with firm to get Material on right time. Making of MIS report for all MPR to PO/WO to keep track record of lead-time report, Generating Monthly Report.
