ABOUT JUAN RODRIGUEZ

I’m a full-stack software engineer passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications that solve complex problems and improve lives.I recently joined Advantive as an Associate Software Developer, where I contribute to purpose-built software that streamlines operations for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses. I’m excited to grow long-term within a collaborative, Agile team environment while continuing to sharpen my craft.Prior to Advantive, I founded Kabien Health, a healthcare technology initiative focused on optimizing patient flow and coordination in surgical settings. That work was inspired by my 10+ years in healthcare, where I saw firsthand how communication gaps and workflow challenges impact staff and patients. Leading Kabien gave me the opportunity to translate those real-world challenges into technical solutions, strengthening my product mindset and engineering skills.Along the way, I’ve built full-stack iOS apps, REST APIs, and responsive web applications while completing certifications, apprenticeships, and hackathons that reinforced my adaptability, creativity, and love of learning.I’m committed to software craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and building technology that makes a difference.
