My journey with Axis Mutual Fund began with the Springboard Programme — a 30-day intensive training at the NISM Campus that turned out to be more than just a learning experience; it was a turning point. Walking into the campus on Day 1, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but what followed was a deep and engaging dive into the world of finance. From understanding the basics of Indian Financial Markets and Microeconomics to exploring Mutual Fund concepts, Investment Philosophy, and Wealth Management — every day brought something new to the table.What made this journey truly special was how we learned. It wasn’t just lectures and notes. We stepped into real-life scenarios through role plays, sharpened our communication through sales and presentation workshops, and applied our thinking with trading simulations and case studies. Each session pushed me to think differently, observe deeply, and connect the dots.Towards the end, we had an assessment — a way to reflect on what we had absorbed over the month. Scoring 82% felt rewarding, but more than the number, it was the confidence and clarity I gained that mattered. The Springboard Programme didn’t just prepare me for a role — it helped me understand the kind of professional I want to be.
