Worked on battery thermal management systems, analyzing models and algorithms over MATLAB Simulink• Instrumented the FEV Dyno lab to run a hybrid powertrain setup to validate the thermal models• Set up CAN and ethernet connection channels between the lab ECU and test systems for real-time data acquisition and processing• Characterized multiple battery chemistries (LFP, NMC, NCA, LTO, etc) in GT-Suite to correlate degradation and thermal response, informing scalable BMS and energy-management architecture• Collaborated with Vehicle Dynamics engineers to conduct on-track acceleration, braking, and slalom tests; developed Simulink models to replay and validate test data, supporting vehicle dynamics evaluation
