I am a young professional with a passion for effecting change, and a drive for supporting young people to achieve their full potential in life and ensuring that everyone is given a voice in their community. Having been raised in the Caribbean, I bring a different perspective on the opportunities young people are afforded and how people engage within their communities.I am looking for the opportunities to be a part of an initiative or organisation that allows me to inspire others to be a part of the change that happens around them and meaningfully engage young people. I’m also looking to connect with people that work in civic engagement, youth participation, philanthropic spaces, social policy and human rights, legislative affairs and local government.Achievements include:• Being a part of the London Youth Assembly and giving young people in Lambeth a voice on a pan-London scale.• Supporting with the reincorporation of Lambeth Youth Council into the local authority and setting up infrastructure to enable meaningful engagement.Feel free to reach out via LinkedIn for a chat!
