Det counsels clients at every stage of the corporate life cycle, from corporate formations and early-stage and angel financing through initial public offerings and secondary capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and leadership transitions.Throughout the course of his professional career, Det has served as issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel for private and Securities and Exchange Commission registered offerings and has provided counsel on billions of dollars of debt and preferred stock issuances, including serving as issuer’s counsel for a $15 billion senior debt issuance that was, at the time, the largest in US bank history.
