   I am apart of a P3 project for the development of the Purple Line in Maryland. The Purple Line is a 16-mile light rail line that will extend from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George\'s County. It will provide a direct connection to the Metrorail Red, Green and Orange Lines; at Bethesda, Silver Spring, College Park, and New Carrollton. The Purple Line will also connect to MARC, Amtrak, and local bus services.Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen and Crews on Project Deliverables. Processes/managing material deliveries to our work site that begins at the Silver Spring Transit Center, onto Wayne Avenue andending on Piney Branch Road. Assist in developing and updating the project schedule for our crews and subcontractors I directly work with. Also developing work plans for the crews to safely abide by and understand the scope of work. Responsible for submitting new shop dwgs, FEQ (RFI’s), materials and survey and maintaining a current record of all submittals,approvals, and resubmittals. Involved in the operations of keeping cost control records for all subcontractor construction costs and participating in monthly budget meetings to discuss the progress of the project financials. Acts as a Superintendent where I currently focus on the underground civil work construction daily activities which includes daily reports, reporting and resolving conflicts, and supervision of the crews.
