Work in collaboration with the VP of Rental Operations to maximize each community’s strengths and resources, including rent growth, leasing efforts, occupancy, resident retention, and career growth. •Provide recommendations on revenue management to ensure the highest level of occupancy and renewals. •Monitor LIHTC assets to ensure they are at Max Rent.•Support Operations by tracking, monitoring, and inspecting budgeted project work at the communities.•Generate and review reports from One Site using Business Intelligence Dashboard and Reporting.•Ensure ready units, curb appeal, amenities, tour path, and overall marketing of the community are of the highest quality, in conjunction with the CM/RPM when visiting the community.•Perform Quarterly Community Audits and Inspections in conjunction with RPM.•Compile and evaluate data to project future strategy. •Participate in budgeting, monthly financial reviews, and variance report reviews.• Participate in any active dispositions, acquisitions, and/or lease-ups.•Answer inquiries and concerns as needed and provide superior customer service to internal and external customers/prospects/residents.•Interact with ownership groups as needed and respond to their inquiries.•Draft and update Policies and Procedures Manual as directed.•Coordinate with Marketing and Maintenance Directors on appropriate matters
