Optimize Organizational Readiness o Drive organizational awareness of OMP capabilities and future processes o Develop and drive new JJV SC organizational model, including the transition to a centralized Demand Segmentation and Statistical forecasting model o Engage SC team and business partners to ensure organizational readiness and adoption to new systems and tools o Curate and communicate messaging to support adoption with E2E and external stakeholders o Curate and deliver supplemental training materials required for Process and Technology transformation; ensure content and level of detail is appropriate to a Day in the Life of a Planner o Upscale OMP, data, and process knowledge across organization, to prepare for super-user deployment post go-live • Drive Future-state Process Deployment o Deliver process deployment and change impact management in specific areas of responsibility o Drive development of Process Concept Book, ensuring completeness and alignment with future-state Vision processes and with sufficient granularity to leverage for Process Deployment o Deliver deployment of the DDL network and supporting governance structure per project milestones • Deliver on OMP Application Development and Deployment o Manage/execute required data cleanse and construct activities supporting DQT rule development, testing, and deployment per project schedule. o Deliver closure of IT design, ERP sprints, Namespace sprints o Deliver TAT test development and testing per project schedule o Deliver BST and UAT test development and testing per project schedule; Ensure end-to-end tests meet JJV Plan functional requirements.
