I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor\'s degree in AB Behavioral Science. I was an HR Specialist for an RPO Company and was able to place a number of candidates for multiple known companies in the US. It was a good training ground for me as it was my first job. I have also been a Career Architect in one of the top Human Capital Solutions firms in the Philippines. I have then gained more knowledge in this challenging yet meaningful world of Human Resources. I am currently working as a Lead Onboarding Specialist, VMS Coordinator, and Recruitment Specialist for an RPO company. I am also taking my Master\'s in Industrial Psychology to further my knowledge in the field. My former colleagues would describe me to be \"showing enthusiasm and resiliency in her field.
