About Destiny Rutledge

As a Financial Planner at Silver Oak Financial, it’s my mission to build long-term relationships withindividuals and businesses to offer guidance, expertise and peace of mind asthey navigate life’s most important financial challenges. I build individual plans based on long-term goals that can be logically completed by structure and persistence. More about me: I got my first job at seventeen when I was a senior in high school. I attribute this job to who I am today because it taught me so much both personally and professionally. I worked there for six years and in that time I made lasting friendships and came to understand myself in an entirely new light. I learned what kind of worker I am, faults included. I learned the characteristics in my colleagues that I appreciated the most. I learned how to relate to those who had nothing in common with me. I did well under the pressure of a fast paced restaurant and learned that I was someone to count on. I also learned how to put my pride aside and ask for assistance when needed instead trying to be a \"hero\" and do everything myself. Willow Ranch was a small business owned by a local from the town. The restaurant was his and his family\'s pride and joy and I did everything in my power to add to that pride, knowing I was a representative of it. I
