ABOUT DESTINY PIPITO
As a Benefits Analyst, I handle the day to day Benefits Administration and partner with insurance brokers/carriers to meet the needs of employees. I also manage and direct wellness initiatives, the annual open enrollment process, and provide staff support. I have successfully processed multi-state payroll deduction audits, and assessed benefit needs at the corporate and OpCo level, among several other duties as assigned.I am a dedicated HR professional with a Bachelor\'s of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, where I focused on Human Capital Management, Psychology, and Business Analytics. I am also certified as a SHRM-CP and a PHR®. I have a strong passion for optimizing the employer/employee relationship in the HR field. My goals are to pursue a career in Benefits Management and to find solutions based on data, I/O Psychology principles, and best practices in the industry to improve the overall workplace performance.
