An executive with over 20 years of extensive project management experience on large-multinational audit engagements for several SEC clients with a proven track record which includes providing oversight for engagements in several countries including United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and India. I completed a three and half year secondment in Zurich, Switzerland serving a global financial services company which focused on investment banking, wealth and asset management and retail banking. Assisted clients with various technical accounting issues including fair value valuations, income taxes, revenue recognition, acquisitions, discontinued operations, goodwill impairment and stock compensation in a variety of industries including but not limited to private equity, automotive, financial services, and media and entertainment. Lead ASC 606 and ASC 842 lease implementations on public, SEC entities. I also have extensive experience in internal control over financial reporting, SEC regulatory matters, budgeting and identifying operational efficiencies. I have a keen personal interest in and strong focus on developing high performing, diverse and inclusive teams. Participated in a firm sponsored global ‘NextGen’ leadership program and completed the Pinnacle executive coaching program.
