With over a decade of support for executives in the restaurant franchising industry, I bring a unique blend of operational knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to every challenge. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chief of Staff at Smalls Sliders, I embarked on this journey driven by a desire to immerse myself in the intricacies of scaling a company from its foundational stages. In my inaugural year, I\'ve been privileged to play a pivotal role in the company\'s evolution: Team Expansion and Operational Support: Witnessing our team quadruple in size within a year has been a testament to the company\'s remarkable growth trajectory. In support of this growth, I navigated and orchestrated an office move, ensuring a seamless transition to accommodate our expanding team\'s needs. This move fostered an environment conducive to sustained growth. Forward Momentum and Expansion: As we gear up to launch over 30 new locations in 2024, I\'m eager to leverage my expertise to support this expansive growth phase, facilitating seamless operations and ensuring that our team remains well-equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities that accompany our rapid expansion. The opportunity to serve in this dynamic environment, facilitating the CEO\'s vision and orchestrating seamless operations, continues to inspire and drive my commitment to Smalls Sliders\' mission. Before Smalls Sliders, I used my problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset to provide executive support across various c-suite executives at Focus Brands (Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s, Moe’s, Schlotzsky’s). My career highlights include: Supported the CEO and CFO during the acquisition of Jamba. Led multi-day Global Franchise Conference, coordinating across 7 brands, with over 1600 attendees. Redesigned and streamlined recipe manuals for Moe’s Southwest Grill, resulting in clear and streamlined materials with better durability while providing cost savings across the franchise system.
