As a Golf Operations Intern at Sevierville Golf Club, I gain hands-on experience in the daily management and customer service aspects of a premier golf facility. My responsibilities include assisting with tournament operations, junior golf/player development programs, tee sheet operations, and ensuring a first-class guest experience. I also support merchandising and instruction under the guidance of PGA Professionals, while learning best practices in facility and golf operations.In addition to my internship, I am actively accruing my PGA Associate certification requirements, further developing my professional knowledge in teaching, coaching, and golf business operations. This dual experience is helping me build a strong foundation for a long-term career in the golf industry.
