I’m a theatre kid at heart with a deep passion for understanding people - probably because I spent the majority of my life navigating spaces where I felt like I was either “too much” or just didn’t quite fit in. That is, until I received my AuDHD diagnosis as an adult and finally everything started to make sense to me. I realized why navigating traditional work environments always felt overstimulating, confusing, and painful for me when it always seemed so easy for others. When my career in retail and customer service left me severely burnt out and isolated, I transitioned into a career in HR and found a community of people who were just as obsessed with creating inclusive work environments as I was. Now, 6 years later, I have the joy of leading neuroinclusive learning sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements where I help provide teams with the knowledge and tools they need to support, empower, and retain neurodivergent talent. And, when I\'m not speaking or running workshops of my own, I\'m leading the Employee Experience function @ Spare with an incredible people team that truly makes me feel seen, welcomed, and accepted for exactly who I am
