Hello there, I\'m Des - a curious adventurer with a restless spirit who loves exploring new ways to make things bigger and better. Originally from South Africa, I now call Canada home. I\'ve always been drawn to tackling complex problems and creating order out of chaos, so my MBA from the Rotman School of Management was a natural fit for me.One thing you should know about me is that I love working on teams and with people. I firmly believe that we can accomplish so much more together than we ever could alone. That\'s why I always try to inject a little fun and humour into every project I work on. In fact, I\'ve been referred to as a professional CSO (Chief Shenanigans Officer) in the past - a role I take very seriously!When I\'m not working, you can usually find me exploring new places or trying out new hobbies. I\'m always up for a challenge and love pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
